ABOUT Inkedopus
Matt O'Connor was born and raised in Australia, and has lived in the United States since 2007. He began his career in animation, transitioning into film, and now specializes in screenwriting and creative production. Matt resides in Boulder, CO with his family, and continues to work full-time at Gaia Inc whilst completing feature and short film scripts. In the past two years alone, his work has been recognized by the Writers Guild of America West, consecutively winning first and second place at Slamdance; Screencraft Finalist; and Semi-finalist in Stage 32 Screenwriting Contest. Past awards include Best Director, Best Writing, Best Cinematography, Best Special Effects, and Best Story in local and international film festivals.
